We are seeking a Closing Attorney licensed in South Carolina that will be responsible for closings in our Myrtle Beach office and surrounding areas. This position has exponential growth potential and will be an incredible opportunity for someone who exudes leadership skills and a passion for the client experience. This position is responsible for performing closings, preparing legal documents, and reviewing title work and disbursements. 

Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and leadership skills, a passion for the client experience, and a minimum of one (1) year of real estate closing experience. Candidates should also be ready to represent the firm at client events, meetings, and other business development opportunities. Strong preference would be given to candidates licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina, but not a requirement.
