Under limited supervision, coordinates with clients, borrowers and closing agents to prepare files for the purpose of ensuring a timely and legally binding real estate closing transaction. Keeps title, agents, buyers and sellers apprised on all issues that could cause potential delays with closing transactions. Experience with Purchase Transactions is preferred. Reports to the Purchase Manager.

MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Preferred candidate should have a minimum of five years’ experience in customer service and real estate transactions or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. ResWare experience preferred but not required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitates all aspects of purchase process including title production, title curative, Settlement Statement production, scheduling and disbursement

  • Builds effective and long-lasting relationships with agents, buyers, sellers, and lenders

  • Initiates contact with agents and lenders

  • Requests relevant closing documentation

  • Prepares settlement statements, title documents, and attorney disclosures

  • Conducts initial review of loan package and documents for accuracy

  • Serve as a mentor and technical advisor for team members

  • Willingly performs other duties as assigned
