We are seeking a Managing Attorney licensed in North Carolina that will be responsible for closings in our Charlotte, NC office and surrounding area. Our preferred candidate would also be licensed in South Carolina to serve our Fort Mill, SC office. This position has exponential growth potential and will be an incredible opportunity for someone who exudes leadership skills and a passion for the client experience. This position is responsible for performing closings, preparing legal documents, and reviewing title work and disbursements. Candidates should also be ready to represent the firm at client events, meetings, and other business development opportunities.
Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and leadership skills, a passion for the client experience, and a minimum of two (2) years of real estate closing experience. Preferred candidates will have both a NC and SC law license, but candidates with North Carolina license will be considered.
